About booking

We can only reserve seat(s) for cash payment for the next few day’s tour (depends on availability). If you would like to book for a future date but are experiencing problems paying online, give us a call at 00353 1 868 4104! We will try to process your payment manually. Please understand though some banks have very strict overseas online transaction standard. In those cases, we might not be able to charge your card.

We are currently moving our ticket-selling office in Dublin. Unfortunately our head office in Dublin is not open to the public. The best way to make a reservation would be to book through our website or give us a call at 00353 1 868 4101 and settle the payment by card. Depends on how busy we are, we might be able to accept bookings without deposit. You can then pay the guide on the day of your tour.

If you really want to secure your seat(s) and pay in cash, visit Paddy’s Tourist Office in Dublin (12 – 14 College Green, Dublin 2) or Lagan Backpackers in Belfast (121 Fitzroy Avenue, Belfast, BT7 1HU)

Is there any discounts for booking more than 1 tour with you?Not for the summer period unfortunately. However, you enjoy an online booking special price when you book directly on our website.

We do not offer discount to groups at the moment unfortunately. Also please note that groups of 10 and/or more people will have to book a private tour, instead of joining our regular tours. As it depends on the tour date, size of group and other factors, please send us an email if you would like to book a private group tour.

Except for the Cliffs of Moher tour, we do not recommend children under 12 to join our day tours.

It is a very long day trip, with lots of walking, and quite a lot of the time will have to be spent on the bus (up to 2 hours each time).

If your child is very used to travelling and walking a lot, they are welcome to join our tours.

Children under 3
– Free
– Need to send us an email first to check if there is a seat for them
– Need to bring your own child seat

Children between 4 – 8
– Student price
– Need to bring your own child seat

Children/ Teenager between 9 – 18
– Student price

We do not recommend people with limited mobility to take the Northern Ireland tour (Giant’s Causeway tour/ Game of Thrones locations tour) as there is quite a lot of walking involved.

The Cliffs of Moher tour has less walking involved and is more relaxed/ designed for everyone.

For cancellation made up to 48 hours prior to departure time, 10% administration fees will be imposed; Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to departure time or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

The above can also be found under section 3 in our terms and conditions.

Subject to availability and our cancellation policy, we can change the tour date or tour type for you easily. As we would need a written proof, please send us an email with your request. We will then amend the booking for you.

About the tour

Yes. The longest time you will be on the bus would be around 2 hours. Our driver/ guide will point out the bathrooms every time we stop. There is enough comfort breaks to make the journey enjoyable.
All seats are first-come-first-serve. We can make a note on your booking if you have special needs (people with motion-sickness tend to feel better if they sit in the middle of the bus).

No. Our tours have no lunch stops.

Unlike all other companies out there, we do not have a dedicated food stop for lunch. We recommend you bring your own lunch. It will give you a lot more time to enjoy the scenery while having your packed lunch (if you did not bring lunch, you can pick up a lunch at one of our stops on the way to the main attraction). No point in wasting an hour to get average at best food, so that the guides can get a financial kickback.

Depends on the day, our tour ranges from 10 people to 60 people. Again, depends on the number of people booked, you can be on a minicoach or a coach. Unfortunately, as we do get a lot of last-minute booking, we cannot guarantee the type of vehicle. Also please note that as all our vehicles are used for countryside sightseeing tours, there is no WiFi on the coaches as signals are very bad in the country. Our guides will keep everyone entertain throughout the whole journey.
Yes! There is a storage compartment underneath the coach/ at the back of our minicoach.
Send us an email with the date of the tour, location of the seat and description of the item.
