If you would like to book for a future date but are experiencing problems paying online, give us a call at 00353 1 868 4104! We will try to process your payment manually. Please understand though some banks have very strict overseas online transaction standard. In those cases, we might not be able to charge your card.

We are currently moving our ticket-selling office in Dublin. Unfortunately our head office in Dublin is not open to the public. The best way to make a reservation would be to book through our website or give us a call at 00353 1 882 8344 and settle the payment by card. Depends on how busy we are, we might be able to accept bookings without deposit. You can then pay the guide on the day of your tour.

If you really want to secure your seat(s) and pay in cash, visit the official tourist offices.

Unfortunately we do not have any discount for booking more than 1 tour with us.

We do not offer discount to groups at the moment unfortunately. Also please note that big groups will have to book a private tour, instead of joining our regular tours. As it depends on the tour date, size of group and other factors, please send us an email if you would like to book a private group tour.

Each child needs to have their own seat. You will also need to bring your own child seat for each child. These tours below are more family-friendly.
From Dublin – Cliffs of Moher tour
From Dublin – Giant’s Causeway and Belfast Titanic tour
From Dublin – Glendalough, Wicklow and Kilkenny tour
From Belfast – Giant’s Causeway and Belfast Titanic tour

The following tours are not recommended for children under 10. These are all long day trips, with lots of walking, and quite a lot of the time will have to be spent on the bus (up to 2 hours each time).

From Dublin – Giant’s Causeway and Game of Thrones location tour
From Dublin – Giant’s Causeway and Rope Bridge tour
From Belfast – Giant’s Causeway and Game of Thrones location tour
From Belfast – Giant’s Causeway and Rope Bridge tour

We do not recommend people with limited mobility to take the Rope Bridge tour/ Game of Thrones locations tour as there is quite a lot of walking involved.

The Cliffs of Moher tour, Glendalough tour, and the Titanic tour have less walking involved and are more relaxed/ designed for everyone.

ABOUT THE TOUR

Yes. The longest time you will be on the bus would be around 2 hours. Our driver/ guide will point out the bathrooms every time we stop. There is enough comfort breaks to make the journey enjoyable.

All seats are first-come-first-serve. We can make a note on your booking if you have special needs (people with motion-sickness tend to feel better if they sit in the middle of the bus).

No. Our tours have no lunch stops.

Unlike all other companies out there, we do not have a dedicated food stop for lunch. We recommend you bring your own lunch. It will give you a lot more time to enjoy the scenery while having your packed lunch (if you did not bring lunch, you can pick up a lunch at one of our stops on the way to the main attraction). No point in wasting an hour to get average at best food, so that the guides can get a financial kickback.

Depends on the day, our tour ranges from 10 people to 60 people. Again, depends on the number of people booked, you can be on a minicoach or a coach. Unfortunately, as we do get a lot of last-minute booking, we cannot guarantee the type of vehicle.

Yes! There is a storage compartment underneath the coach/ at the back of our minicoach.

If you are not going back to the city you started the tour from, please let our guide know when you leave the tour so they will not wait for you. Please also note that it is your own responsibility to make sure that you have the necessary visa requirement.

Give us a call or send us an email with the date of the tour, name of the tour, location of your seat and description of the item.

If we manage to find your lost item, you can come to the pick up point the next morning to collect it.

No. Although some of our coaches do have WiFi, we do not advertise our tours as “WiFi on board”. Some of our newer coaches are still waiting for the technicians to come out and install the system on the coach.

Our guides will be there to answer your questions and to keep you entertained. As our tours go through beautiful countryside (where even making phone calls can be difficult sometimes), a lot of the time you will not be able to connect to the internet due to poor signals.

No. Although there are USB ports next to the driver in the front, most of the time we would need that to charge our GPS and tracking devices so that the office staff can keep track of where the bus is and to provide the driver and the guide with traffic updates. Please bring your own power bank/ spare battery.
